We always request feedback from our customers following training or consultancy sessions. Sometimes we receive additional comments on these and at other times we receive feedback separately. We always act on these but also like to share them. The following are the most recent compliments we have received.

Heritage Serials Training - 'An Excellent Day!'

An excellent day. All of our expectations were met and more than that, generic questions were answered which we were previously stuck on. A day was just the right amount of time for the training and we feel equipped now to do the job.

Heritage 'Introduction to Reports' Workshop (260110H)

I was hoping to gain skills in report writing and to become quicker at formulating different reports, and both these expectations were met by the course. It was good to be reminded that there are often a number of ways to construct a report, and that it's useful to think about exactly what you want from a report before starting.
 

 

Going the extra mile

I’ve just completed the jisc e-books import into Heritage and it’s worked extremely well. Although I’ve played around with importing catalogue and accession records in the past, it has saved me a considerable amount of work.

This is yet another example of how you go the extra mile for your customers; in addition of course to the excellent service we enjoy from your support team.

I certainly gained enough information for what I wanted & didn't feel as if I was overwhelmed with a lot of useless information. The trainer was very patient with me, even when I asked lots of questions about Heritage reports.
