Compliments

We always request feedback from our customers following training or consultancy sessions. Sometimes we receive additional comments on these and at other times we receive feedback separately. We always act on these but also like to share them. The following are the most recent compliments we have received.

All sorted!

One of your colleagues has just phoned and most expertly dealt with our queries.

Many thanks.

Managing & Troubleshooting Serials Workshop - (271108H)

'...Not only did we cover Serials, but we dealt with some of my data problems as well. The course was very much at my pace, and the chance to chat to people was brilliant. Incidentally, so was lunch. An excellent day which is already paying dividends in work!....Serving drinks first allows people to arrive without worrying about being late, also gives us a chance to network (I am planning the implementation of the Acquisitions module on the basis of a conversation with someone who is using it - all prior to our courses)'.

Great website

I just wanted to say, I haven’t had much free time to look at the new website – I absolutely love it, so much easier to find what you need  and keep a track of things– well done to all of you at ISOxford

Tailor Made Day

An enjoyable day.

[...] tailor made the training for our needs and as a result, I'm finding it quite easy to use the system at school.

Heritage Workshop - 'Tidy up Your Heritage Data' - MMU, Manchester

Very informative. [...] has a very good style and is willing to take the time to explain things. I took away some useful tips + the printed supporting info is useful to refer to in the future.

Wonderful support over six years

As I am retiring from the school library the end of this month, I want to thank each and every one in Heritage for all the help I received whenever I had a query. It has been so reassuring to me to know there was such wonderful back-up, whenever I needed it.

I would like to wish you all continued success and, again, many thanks for the help received over the past six years.

Heritage Stocktaking Workshop

I would like to say that [...] was very patient with the group, explaining everything clearly and logically.  A friendly course.  I am no longer extremely frightened by the idea of stocktaking, just slightly concerned at my ability! [...]’s delivery of the course was perfectly balanced.  Spending the lunch break with us, discussing other problems and concerns regarding Heritage, was extremely useful.  Beyond the call of duty!  He must have needed a break.  I would recommend this course highly.

Technical on-site visit

...we were particularly impressed with [...]'s efforts in his visit to Simmons and Simmons yesterday. He spent a long day here despite a big journey each way and achieved solutions to a very long and diverse list of fixes and problems we had. The two outstanding Simmons' issues he has taken away promising to address with our technical staff and he is also going to send us a record of the fixes he did. He was equally as adept addressing technical issues in the server room as he was talking to the Information staff about the use of the system, so we found it was really worthwhile bringing him in for the day.

Goodbye

I will be retiring and entering a new phase in my life in a few hours time and I feel I can’t go without expressing my heartfelt thanks to everyone for your excellent support service. Special thanks to […] who has rescued me from disaster on several occasions over the years. My replacement won’t be arriving for a month so please bear with my colleagues during that time if you get a few more calls than usual.

Best Wishes to you all.

Introduction to Heritage Reports Workshop - IS Oxford Training Suite

Very small classes and not hurried. Exactly as I like to train.

Fantastic and peaceful place. I enjoyed visiting the centre and the training very much.
