We always request feedback from our customers following training or consultancy sessions. Sometimes we receive additional comments on these and at other times we receive feedback separately. Technical on-site visit
As you no doubt are aware we have recently experienced a complete system failure resulting in the complete loss of our Heritage data. This as I am sure you will appreciate has caused us a great deal of problems particularly for the Librarians that rely on the system for day to day business.

Heritage Advanced Reports Workshop - IS Oxford Training Suite
It was a very interesting day and I learnt a lotabout reportsand ways to construct them, save them, use them etc. I took with me useful examples of reports I can use and this was a great help. I had the opportunity to see the potential of Reports within Heritage. [...] is an experienced tutor and his tutorial was professional and well worth attending and travelling to Oxford for the day.
Looking forward to attending more of your courses.

[...] put us at our ease, and presented the training well, introducing the system in a logical manner. allowing us to see how the modules fitted together and interacted. [...] managed to keep us focused on the training despite disturbances in the LRC during the day.

Enjoyable training under difficult circumstances
Due to circumstances beyond our and [...]'s control, training was not carried out in an ideal environment. In spite of this, [...] delivered the training both effectively, and in a manner which made learning the new system enjoyable. [...] developed a rapport with us as learners, and provided a very good lesson within difficult circumstances.

It was a truly illuminating experience and I learned lots of useful tips to ensure my reports are just right. I was made very welcome and I just loved your Chapel - What a beautiful building.
I think you judged the whole training session just right - with a wonderful ambience and fresh water by the PC to drink. Everything was well thought out.
Very Informative Training!
I have only received training on Heritage by other staff colleagues, so I found out alot that could be used at our campus, that at present we don't use. This is because we did not have training from Heritsge trainers themselves.
I enjoyed this training day, the two members of the Heritage Training team were great, so friendly and positive, which was passed on to the whole group.....Can't wait for more!
Heritage Training Workshop - 'Heritage for Technical Users'
I think that having two representatives from each Heritage user place was a good idea, with one being a Heritage user and the other being Heritage IT Support. It seemed to work well, and the course was a perfect mix of both parts to suit all the individuals attending.
