We always request feedback from our customers following training or consultancy sessions. Sometimes we receive additional comments on these and at other times we receive feedback separately. Heritage Bespoke On-site training
For me personally, I felt the day was very beneficial.... I found that taking notes during the course of the day helped to remind me of some of the things that had been covered after the course was over... they are now a useful tool for me in using Heritage.

Heritage Cataloguing
We are doing brilliantly thanks to you!! I am pleased to say we have hit the 800 mark in three days which is fabulous!! I know at 1.30 yesterday we had exactly 760 books done and still working! We have a great team and all have taken to the software easily. Without exception the concensus is that you were truly superb, so thank you very much. It was a tricky two days for you what with my personal crisis and different people coming and going but we are more than happy one week on!! ... House keeping and back up going well also. The Heritage Library Management System
The Heritage system is a very effective and reliable system which we can use in our school library. It's ease of use, but range of tools is excellent. Reports are easy to make, and take minimum time. I have not uncovered any problems during use, and find it a superior system.
