HeritageSupport.com is the new support site for the Heritage Library Management System. Here you will find a wide range of help documents as well as information about the training and other services available to assist you in getting the results you require from Heritage.

Logging in

It is necessary to login to access most of this website. Your login will be your email address and password.

Please note that the login for this website is NOT the same as for the old ('green') Heritage Support website. If you have not already registered please do so now following the instructions below.

Are you new to this site?

If this is the first time on this new site you will need to register before you use it. If you have a current maintenance contract with us but do not yet have a login, then please register yourself now. Once you have registered, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email which you can then use to login. 

If you do not get your confirmation email after registering then please check your Junk email folder as it may have ended up in there!  

Are you new to Heritage?

If you are new to a site that already uses Heritage then please contact us so we can update our records which will then allow you to register.
