Inheriting and Understanding Heritage - A Workshop for New Staff (121010H)

Making most of your OPAC workbook cover

This workshop has been designed to assist new librarians who have 'inherited' Heritage. It is also a useful refresher workshop for experienced Heritage users who need reminders on how Heritage was originally configured and set-up, as these initial set-up protocols or alternative tips can be easily forgotten over time.

It has been designed to give you a sure footing on gettingthe best out of your already configured set-up and who knows. perhaps even improve that set-up!

For this workshop we encourage you to bring your list of Heritage related questions (no matter how small or site specific) and your trainer will endeavour to work through your issues during the Q&A sessionat the end of the day. It is an ideal opportunity to meet other new users and share your questions and queries.
