
Making the Most of Heritage (Refresher Course)
This Course has been designed and written for those who have been using basic Heritage functions and would like to expand their knowledge. It is also useful for those who would like a refresher to consolidate any Library handover training or Heritage beginner training they have had in the past.
The course includes:
- Cataloguing
- Enquiry
- Circulation
- Accession management
There is also a section that will discuss some Heritage hints and tips. Some of these hints and tips will involve accessing the Management Menu. The tips themselves have been selected from our most common requests Heritage Support receive. A supplement outlining what is new in Heritage V4.2.6 and Using Heritage Support will be included for further assistance and reference.
